Return Policy

Crescent Gold & Diamonds is a company that values its customers and your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us.  We aim to provide you with an experience that makes you feel elated about your purchase.

Our return / refund policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original condition and packaging with appropriate original documentation within 30 days of the date of purchase or shipment.

Purchases made on crescentgold-diamonds.com site MUST be returned to the warehouse. To arrange a return please contact a customer service agent at 1-888-332-4276 ext 154 (Monday to Friday 8:30am -5pm AST). A customer service agent will validate your purchase and qualification for return.

  • No refunds on items discounted 33% or more
  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges to return any item are at the customer’s expense.
  • Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special ordered watches and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any item that has been modified (resized) or is not in resale condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange. 

Online returns can be ruturned to a store near you or shipped back to our warehouse.

To return items in-store that were purchased online, you may return the item in its original condition and packaging with appropriate original documentation within 30 days of the date of purchase or shipment. Items discounted 33% or more are FINAL SALE

For online warhouse returns, a confirmation email will be sent when your item has been received at the warehouse. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

How to package your return:

  • Include your receipt as packing slip
  • Circle items your are returning
  • Contact FedEx or Canada Post for parcel pick-up. Completely fill out the courier-shipping label
  • Pack items as received, with all receipts, warranties and appraisal cards inside the courier box

At Crescent Gold & Diamonds we want to ensure your shopping experience is as simple as possible.  That is why we are please to offer delivery to your door.

Estimated Delivery

  • Shipment depends on stock availability (up to four weeks).
  • If sizing is required please add one week to the delivery schedule.
  • Please allow seven (7) business days for delivery once item has been shipped.
  • All orders will only be shipped to your shipping address.
  • For your protection all online purchases will be shipped FedEx or Canada Post.
  • Standard shipping costs apply to all orders - $20. This fee is non-refundable.
  • Only the person whose name appears in the Ship To address will be allowed to pick up the order and must provide photo ID at time of pick up.
  • No orders will be shipped outside of Canada.

Personalized Jewellery

  • Check the page for the personalized jewellery item you wish to purchase for an estimated timeframe for shipment.
  • The additional time required is to ensure we create your personalized jewellery to your exacting specifications.

Special Orders

  • If you purchase an item that is back-ordered, or special order you will be contacted by our customer service department via email or phone confirming estimated delivery time.

Tracking your order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Crescent Gold & Diamonds containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. 
  • Click this link and follow the instructions to view the status of your shipment. Or, you may visit the carrier's web site directly and enter your tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
  • Your tracking number can also be found on the Order Status page on crescentgold-diamonds.com.
